    We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative and secretarial support to our Area Manager.

    Responsibilities - External

    • Anticipates and prepares materials needed by the Area Manager for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, etc.
    • Handles administrative details, usually of a confidential nature; uses considerable judgment and initiative to determine the approach or action to take in nonroutine situations.
    • Assists in the development of budget, business planning, and related planning functions.
    • Schedules appointments and arranges travel schedule and reservations.      
    • Provides support to Client Service and Sales departments.
    • Provides support to Client Service, Sales department and Area Manager in preparing expense reports.
    • Provide support to ensure the business continuity plan.
    • Organize and plan events promoted by the Area Manager, being responsible to identify cost effective places and providers to ensure that company events are successful and within the budget.
    • Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and escorts visitors to appropriate persons

    Qualifications - External

    5+ years of administrative/secretarial experience supporting a work group or an executive. Experience leading office administrative functions is a plus.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related areas.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite;
    • Advanced level in English; Spanish is a plus.
    • Independently solving day-to-day administrative problems.
    • Interpreting and adapting guidelines, policies, etc. to changing situations
    • Managing workload; balancing multiple priorities
    • Organizational and excellent interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication skills
