We insure more than one-third of Fortune 1000-size companies. We have office in several continents and in Brazil our office is located in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo.

    We have an opened position at the São Paulo office for a Global Services Account Engineer. This is an office based position who will work out of our São Paulo office located in Itaim Bibi. 

     

    The GS Account Engineer is an important contributor to any extended client service team. This position exists primarily to accelerate risk improvement and develop relationships with the local client. Involving global services account engineering has proven to enhance client relationships and deliver great levels of risk improvement to our multionational clients.

    Responsibilities - External

    GSAEs conduct nearly all the same activities as host operations account engineers within an assigned local region/territory, including:

    • Develop/foster relationship(s) with local client contacts
    • Identify others in the client organization who can be influential in risk improvement decisions
    • Assess, identify, evaluate hazards and risk
    • Coordinate activities of field engineers
    • Lead and executve local risk improvement on behalf of the client service team and corporate client
    • Prioritize recommendations
    • Help craft and drive regional execution of the client service strategy
    • Leverage data to articulate clients’ regional risk improvement vision
    • Orchestrate regional engineering to support winning new business proposals

    Organize and participate in local stewardship meetings

    Qualifications - External

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least 2 years experience as a loss prevention consultant;
    • Fluent Portuguese and English with some Spanish (with willingness to become verbally fluent in this language)
    • Excellent communication, presentation and selling skills;
    • Time management skills
    • Analytical and teamwork skills
